Want fresh bread regularly?

Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America I have gathered lots of amazing recipes I need to test. I have decided to start subscription boxes to test out all of these recipes and see what you guys like!

Within each box to have a breakfast item, a bread item, and a dessert item, but every time you'll get something fun and exciting!

Subscribe to these boxes and have them available for pick-up weekly, or monthly! Within each box, along with the products, you will receive what each product is, the ingredients in it, and how to keep it! Along with these, you will receive a link to a survey that will let you tell me what you think of each item!

To Know Before Signing Up:

General information and Deadlines:

The deadline to submit an order is the Monday prior to the pick up date; a full 7 days.
Invoices will be sent out the Tuesday before your order is ready and will be due in 24 hrs.
If the invoice is not paid in 24 hrs, an email will be sent to confirm the cancellation for that specific order. Again, if no response in 24 hrs, the order will be cancelled.
All Hayward Pickup Boxes will be picked up in Hayward at Mitza Creek Farm on Mondays between 2 and 6 pm.
All Rice Lake Pickup Boxes will be picked up in Rice Lake at The Eyeglass Store on Tuesdays from 9-5.
All Monthly boxes will be ready the first Monday and Tuesday of each Month.
An email will be sent to you to remind you of your pick up.

Changing or Cancelling your order:

If you are wanting to change your order to weekly instead of monthly, or monthly instead of weekly, please submit another form, and in the note section at the bottom, please write that you are changing the order.
If you are changing the amount of people the box feeds, please submit another form, and write in the note section that you are changing the order
If you are subscribed to get boxes regularly, but need to pause a box, please email me.
If you are cancelling an order, please email me and we will get that taken care of for you.

Prices:

$25 Box- Small- Feeds about 2 people
$50 Box- Medium- Feeds about 4 People
$75 Box- Large- Feeds about 6 People
