About Sidney

Sidney attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, California and graduated with an associates degree in Baking and Pastry in the spring of 2024. She bought her trailer December of 2023 and her family helped build it up. Now, she is traveling around Northern Wisconsin with her trailer selling things such as Artisian breads, croissants, and more.
